The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, intends to award multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) for direct patient care supplies. The anticipated period of performance is from the date of award to September 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Interested vendors must submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact via email no later than September 2, 2025. No further awards will be made unless the need for the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes.

The Wake County Public School System is soliciting bids for athletic materials. Bids are due on a specific date and time. All bids must be submitted on the provided form and must meet or exceed the quality and durability of the referenced items. Vendors must provide detailed documentation on the product specifications, color swatches, warranty, and replacement information. Shipping must include the purchase order number on the boxes. All vendors must be registered to do business in the state and not debarred by the state or federal government. There should be no communication with vendors, staff, etc. The school system reserves the right to award line by line or to the overall lowest bidder. Additional terms and conditions will not be considered. The bidder must furnish all requested information and, if required, submit sketches, descriptive literature, and complete specifications. Samples, if required, must be furnished free of expense and returned at the bidder's expense within 10 days of the bid opening. The school system reserves the right to inspect the equipment, plant, or other facilities of a prospective contractor prior to contract award. Payment terms are net 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods. Applicable North Carolina sales tax shall be invoiced as a separate item. The school system reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
