Individual task orders will have maximum completion times based on the type and amount of work, ranging from 8 days for a small apartment to 120 days for an extra-large house. The following are maximum completion times that will be included in individual task orders.

Payment shall be made in local currency at the exchange rate in effect the day an invoice is processed for payment by the post financial management officer, within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of works. If issues occur during the year following the works due to the contractor's mistake, negligence, lack of attention, or poor quality of work, the contractor shall correct them at their own expense. The government reserves the right to reject any or all subcontractors proposed if their participation may damage U. S. national security interests. Failure to timely submit insurance evidence may result in contract rescission or termination.
