TWC seeks a qualified respondent for a series of four 2027 Texas Conferences for Employers. Services include meeting space, F&B, AV equipment, parking, and a block of 20 guestrooms. Responses are due October 7, 2026. The award will be based on best value. A presolicitation conference is optional on August 31, 2026.

The contract will be awarded to the respondent that offers the best value to the state, as determined using the evaluation criteria described in this article V. twc shall not be obligated to select the lowest priced response but shall make an award to the respondent that provides the best value to the state of texas.

Failure to perform services according to requirements may result in a ten percent remedy on each monthly invoice until compliance is achieved. subject to the nature and extent of the noncompliance, twc may assess ten percent remedy on each monthly invoice for all services until compliance is achieved.
