The document is a set of
construction drawings for a
building project. It includes details on site plans, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and other specifications. The contractor is required to verify field conditions, dimensions, and report discrepancies to the government. The contractor must also follow all applicable code regulations and submit a digging permit request. A 3-day notice is required prior to utility connections, and the contractor cannot backfill until the work is inspected and approved. The existing site plan was derived from a GPS engineering land survey. The contractor must return the limit of disturbance area to its original condition, ensuring cross-sections of gravel and paved areas match depths, types of material, and specifications. The contractor can remove and dump clean fill at a suitable location on Fort Indiantown Gap. All site materials must comply with PennDOT specification 408. Exterior water and sewer lines must be completed by the general contractor, and the plumbing contractor must coordinate the transition of water and sewer lines from interior to exterior, ensuring seamless transition of slopes and invert elevations. Erosion and sedimentation controls must be
constructed, stabilized, and functional before site disturbance. The contractor must regularly inspect the project's erosion and sediment controls during the entire active
construction stages. All preventative and remedial maintenance work must be performed immediately. The contractor is advised to become thoroughly familiar with the provisions of the appendix 64, erosion control rules and regulations, title 25, part 1, department of environmental protection, subpart c, protection of natural resources, article iii, water resources, chapter 102, erosion control. Failure to correctly install sediment control facilities or failure to prevent sediment laden runoff from leaving the
construction site may result in administrative, civil and/or criminal penalties.
