If the contractor fails to provide services for reasons other than those described in sections 4. 0, 4. 5 and section 6. 3, the contractor shall not charge the agency for the services not provided. if the contractor fails to provide sign language interpreting services after confirmation has beenreceived by dla, as described in sections 3. 0 3. 1 for reasons other than the reasons described insections 4. 0 4. 5 and section 6. 3, the contractor shall not charge the agency for the services notprovided.
