Proposals must be delivered by Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 11:00 am.

Should the successful bidder fail to make delivery or complete contract within time specified, the city reserves the right to make the purchase on such orders at the open market and charge any excess over contract price to the account of the successful bidder, who shall pay the same.
