Approximately 49 school orders in August 2026 with a delivery date in the first week of September 2026. There will also be a smaller order in November 2026.

Payment terms are net 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods, whichever is later.

Vendor warrants that all goods delivered hereunder will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform strictly to the specifications, drawings, or samples specified or furnished.
