Plumbing fixtures and light fixtures will be replaced. Building 401: The restrooms are being reconfigured and modernized. Existing exhaust air, supply air, lighting, and power systems will be modified to accommodate the new floor plan. New plumbing fixtures, bathroom accessories, partitions and finishes will be provided in each restroom. Provide new floor finishes, new base and wall finish as indicated on plans. Building 406: Plumbing scope is limited to temporarily removing and then reinstalling floor mounted fixtures to accommodate new architectural flooring. Demo existing floor finishes and resilient base on both floors and replace with new epoxy floor and lvt flooring and resilient base as indicated on plans.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of 230 ANPVS14 night vision devices for Mexico. Offerors must comply with all FAR and DFARS provisions. The solicitation closes on May 12, 2025, at noon EDT. The evaluation method is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must be registered in SAM and have a current active registration in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Additional documents required include a signed letter from an authorized individual, including the company's Federal Tax Identification Number (FTIN), CAGE code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Business size, including small business list subcategory, if applicable, must be included. A schedule of offered services, representation and certifications compliant with FAR clause ****, and acknowledgement and agreement with amendments (if applicable) are also required. All questions must be submitted to the contract specialist via email by April 21, 2025. Shipping instructions are required and must be coordinated through DCMA transportation. The vendor will be responsible for transportation costs from UAE to the contractor's facility and return to UAE for warranty repairs. UAE will be responsible for or pay the vendor for shipping items to and from the vendor, plus evaluation and repair price for out of warranty efforts.
