The contract period includes a four-year base period (September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2030), a five-year option period (September 1, 2030 - August 31, 2035), and an option to extend for up to six months (September 1, 2035 - February 29, 2036).

Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (31 ****) and OMB prompt payment regulations (5 CFR part ****). Invoices are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

This procurement is solicited under full and open competition after exclusion of sources, with a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB).

The procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) or those who have submitted a complete application for certification by December 31, 2023.

The contract includes clauses for termination for convenience and termination for cause, with potential remedies for default and exemplary damages in cases of gratuities.

The generator package shall include a 5-year/2500-hour comprehensive extended service coverage plan. The entity responsible for fulfilling warranty obligations for all major components shall be the original engine manufacturer.

Offerors must demonstrate manufacturer experience of at least three years in manufacturing and selling components for stationary diesel-engine generator sets. The engine-generator set manufacturer-assembler must also have a minimum of three years of experience.
