The U. S. Border Patrol, El Centro Sector, Indio Station, requires the expansion of the Highway 86 checkpoint shelter structure. The RFP seeks contractor services for the expansion, including ground preparation, concrete work, metal covering, wall improvements, painting, and a sally port shade addition. The Statement of Work (SOW) details the scope of work, applicable documents, specific tasks, deliverables, schedules, government-furnished equipment, place of performance, period of performance, security requirements, special considerations, contractor personnel, and invoice instructions. The quotation response, including pricing, is due by 12:00 PM ET on July 15, 2025. The magnitude of the requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
