A site visit is scheduled for October 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. a site visit will be held at the date, time and location indicated on the key information summary sheet. firms shall meet the project manager at the at the central plant located at the intersection of hilltop circle and walker ave. if onsite parking is unavailable, contractors may park in the walker parking garage at their own expense. attendance at this site visit is optional in order to submit a bid. all bidders must be present at the designated time and location to be eligible to participate in the bid process. failure to attend the mandatory site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidders bid.
