Evaluation of SOQs will be based on qualifications, experience, and success. Evaluation criteria weight description consideration given to the capability of the offeror to satisfy the requirements as stated within this rfp, which includes the required functional fit 50 completion and submittal of the attachments. the offerors ability to provide a solution that can be modified as the system grows. consideration based on the offerors implementation proposed plan, implementation plan 20 schedule, and training to integrate the cmms with the ojrsa and provide a final product in a timely manner. consideration will be based on the offerors types of customers currently served, the general number utilities served, the range of vendor profile 20 customerspopulation served, experience with projects of similar size in similar waterwastewater utility providers, company stability, product history, and proposed project team. consideration given to the initial, reoccurring, and other costs for cost 10 performing financial system expectations as stated in the rfp. total 100
