Vendors must demonstrate competency by not having defaulted on contracts in the last 3 years, receiving favorable references, meeting specifications, being registered in Rhode Island, holding permits, having experience with press boxes, and having available licensed staff. vendor must not have defaulted on or failed to perform any contract within the last three 3 years
Proposals that are incomplete, not properly signed, or contrary to instructions may be rejected.
