Lot 1: About Warm- Up Ring 1 & Ring 2: The Warm- Up Rings at Rolex Stadium are two ( 2) outdoor rings suitable for all breeds that are typically used just prior to competitors entering Rolex Stadium. tRing 1, Adjacent to Rolex Stadium o t174 x 229 ring comprised of Otto Sport sand/fiber mix footing surrounded by a 2- rail white board fence. o tRing features a PA sound system to make announcements to competitors. tRing 2, Across Nina Bonnie Boulevard from Ring 1, across from Rolex Stadium o t135 x 252 ring comprised of Otto Sport sand/fiber mix footing surrounded by a 2- rail white board fence. 1 sponsorship is available. Lot 1: About The Big Barn: The Big Barn houses beautiful draft horses and special weekend guests, as well as various other horses from the other equine departments at the park. Visitors are encouraged to visit this historic barn throughout the day to see the various breeds being groomed and harnessed in preparation for pulling the trolleys as well as to view the amazing carriages on display. Lot 1: About the Pavilion Sponsorship Located throughout the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park are pavilion structures consisting of a roof, supported by wood posts, on a concrete floor. These outdoor pavilions provide shade, shelter and additional seating for guests/competitors as an added amenity for their experience while visiting the Kentucky Horse Park, or when competing in an equestrian event. Highly visible throughout the park, sponsoring the pavilions gives the respondent branding exposure for sponsoring this appreciated amenity. 5 Sponsorships are available. The sponsorship of each pavilion requires a cash fee of $ 10, 000 each/year. Specific pavilion( s) to be mutually determined between Respondent and KHP. Sponsorship includes branding as sponsor of Pavilion( s) and seating to enhance the visitor/competitor experience.

Lot 1: B. tAbout the Visitor Map Sponsorship: This four- color map is accessible online and distributed to the guests in the Visitor Center as they enter the Kentucky Horse Park. Used for navigation throughout the park, this handy resource includes major landmarks, information about key areas within the park, horse information, and the schedule of events. Two versions of the map are printed annually for Spring/Summer and Winter Seasons, with a total estimated circulation of 50, 000. The sponsorship for The Visitor Map can be provided as cash. Cash Only: t t t$ 7, 500 per year One sponsorship is available. The sponsorship for the Visitor Map can be provided as a cash sponsorship.

Lot 1: About The Hall of Champions: The Hall of Champions is a barn and paddock area housing legendary horses, including those winning their sport at the highest level of competition. In addition to the barn and paddock areas, The Hall of Champions features a covered gazebo barn viewing area where guests can enjoy presentations narrated by equestrian experts daily during park hours. Volunteers and park staff engage with visitors, learn more about the legendary horses, and engage with the horses with treats, affection, and photographs. 1 sponsorship is available.
