This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for
landscaping services at the Principal
Officers Residence in Merida, Mexico. The contract requires the contractor to provide complete
landscaping services, including planning, administration, management, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, labor, supervision, logistics, and meet all performance standards. The contractor must designate a representative for onsite supervision and maintain work schedules that consider the hours the staff can effectively perform their services without placing a burden on the security personnel of the residence. The contractor is responsible for quality control, including daily onsite inspections until the project is complete. A
landscaping plan outlining the proposal for the
landscaping and meeting the requirements of the contract must be submitted. The government will furnish the supply of water. The contractor must comply with all applicable occupational safety and health regulations and provide personal protective equipment (PPE). The contractor must provide evidence of insurance required under the contract with their solicitation. The government may rescind or terminate the contract if the contractor fails to timely submit insurance certificates. The contractor is responsible for risk assessments, managing health, and safety issues associated with this service. A safety management plan must be submitted five calendar days before starting any work. The contractor must provide all necessary
landscaping supplies, tools, materials, and equipment. Payment will only be made once the work has been approved by the contract supervisor, contracting officer, and the COR.
