The seller warrants that the goods furnished will conform to the specifications, drawings, and descriptions listed in the bid invitation and to the samples furnished by the seller, if any. The seller also warrants that the product sold to the county shall conform to the standards promulgated by the U. S. Department of Labor under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of ****.

Bidders must provide three (3) references, other than past or present employees of Tarrant County, who can verify their performance as a vendor. Tarrant County prefers references from government customers. References must be able to verify the quality of service and that the bidder has completed a project of similar size and scope of work.

Failure to supply the required references will deem the bid as non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Inaccurate, obsolete or negative responses from listed references could result in rejection of your bid.

The bid notice states that sealed bids for unmanned aerial vehicle will be received until 2:00 p. m. , May 28, 2026. The contract period will be for ninety 90 days from date bid is awarded, and this contract may be renewed for up to three 3 years from the initial award date.

The bid notice states that the award will be made to the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications for each item bid. It is not the policy of the Shelby County Commission to purchase on the basis of low bid only. Quality, conformity with specifications, purpose for which required, terms of delivery, and past service and experience are among the factors that may be considered in determining the responsible bid.

Bidder must submit documentation as required by the scope of work to evidence that bidder is qualified to perform the services herein.
