1. two each horizontal slurry pumps: a. design flow of 3, 400 gallons per minute gpm b. design total dynamic head tdh of 40 feetc. discharge pipe diameter is 8 inches. d. suction pipe diameter is 10 inchese. fluid is sediment laden water clays, sands, and small gravels f. maximum particle sphere size is 75 mm. g. impellers should be elastomer or rubber linedh. two 75 hp 3 phase motors 480v with rated speed of 1, 750 revolutions per minute rpm. note: no skid plate is required as these pumps motor assemblies sit directly on a concrete floor and are meant to be mobilized to various locations around the laboratory. 2. two each variable frequency drives vfd: a. 75 hp, 480v, 3 phase motor: b. include nema 1 enclosures and mitigation for surging harmonics.
