This is a non-personal services contract for refuse collection and recycling services for the 99th readiness division for a 12-month base year and four 12-month option years. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers.
