The solicitation for maintenance, modernization, product improvements, and design support for existing dry deck shelter (DDS) program assets will be issued electronically via procurement integrated enterprise environment (PIE) on or around June 2025. Offerors must be registered in the system for award management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The contemplated award will be a single, cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) level of effort, CPFF completion, and cost only contract, with a base year and four option years for a total of 60 months if all options are exercised. The government will not be accepting questions or proposals as a result of this synopsis and will not reimburse for any costs associated with questions submitted or information provided in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the navy. The anticipated award date is around July 2026.
