Remove, clean and reinstall existing cast metal characters on the front of the building. Replace and paint exterior hollow metal doors and frames and associated hardware. Replace selected exterior aluminum windows. Replace selected existing exterior lintels. Provide new backer rod and sealant to all existing exterior brick veneer control joints. Evaluate the existing exterior wall counterflashing to ensure that brick veneer is allowed to weep. Demo the existing mechanical louvers that served the past unit ventilators and infill the opening with masonry, paint.
