A new proposed poured in place concrete skate park will be established, along with a castle point plaza area, a reestablished elevated hudson river waterfront walkway within the project limits will be established. Should funding be available, a temporary learning nursery will be erected within the city property limits along frank sinatra drive and proposed living shoreline will be constructed adjacent to the hudson river waterfront walkway.

Bid Pack B: The High Bay Building 30, 625 will house a shoot house, an expansive open training area, dirty classroom and a fitness space, all of which will be utilized by trainees throughout the day.
