The Detroit Building Authority (DBA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals for engineering consulting services for floodplain mitigation measures in the Jefferson Chalmers neighborhood. Services include preliminary engineering, civil design, environmental due diligence (NEPA), and construction engineering and inspection. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held on August 7, 2026. Proposals are due by August 28, 2026, and must be submitted via www. ***. *. * submittals will not be accepted.
