This is a non-personnel services contract to remove and replace the entry control system in building P1. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove and replace the P1 entry control system. The existing system is inoperable and requires a new computer server and software. The system must accept the common access card (CAC) and support a minimum of 100 users. The contractor must be a manufacturer-certified technician on the proposed system. The period of performance shall begin 60 days after receipt of award and shall be completed within 30 days unless otherwise approved by the contracting officer. The contractor will not perform any services on recognized holidays. The work will be performed at E 21st, building P1, Travis AFB, CA 94535. The government will award a firm fixed price contract. The government will provide facilities and utilities, computer server, uninterrupted power sources, access to fax and printing devices, and operating rating procedures and policies as required. The contractor shall provide a contract manager and an alternate. The government has unlimited rights to all documents/materials produced under this contract. The contractor shall notify the contracting officer immediately whenever it becomes aware that such access or participation may result in any actual or potential organizational conflict of interests (OCI). The contractor shall have personnel on board during the 30-day phase-in/phase-out periods.
