The Socorro Independent School District (SISD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive payment processing system tailored for governmental or K12 education environments. The system must handle approximately 7,****,000 transactions per month and support centralized account management. The deadline for questions is 20251202. The response deadline is 20251201. The term will be for two 2 years initial term plus four 4, oneyear extension options. Renewal terms will be contingent upon satisfactory of delivery of goods andor services. The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all formalities. The evaluation criteria includes purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the districts needs, and other factors. The awarded contractor shall ensure to socorro isd that any agentrepresentative andor employees who will be performing services on campuses or will have direct contact with students shall be subject to a criminal history background check using the lee fast pass process and shall not have a criminal history which is objectionable to the district. If your company is selected for award, please note awarded vendors must complete a cip form **** online as a business entity with the texas ethics commissions before sisd can proceed with the award to your company. The district agrees to pay all invoices due under this proposal in accordance with the texas prompt payment act act, chapter ****, government code after the later of: 1 the date the district receives the goods or services or 2 the date the district receives an invoice for the goods or services.
