The successful proposer shall deliver library cards within eight (8) weeks from the library's acceptance of proofs.

The basis of the award shall be lowest price or best value as determined by the library. Such review factors shall include but not be limited to price, quality of card and services and the duration of time to deliver the cards.

Each firm shall provide information regarding its management and qualifications, including a cover letter, general information, financial statements, company history, contact information, key staff qualifications, staffing plan, understanding of the library, additional services, services not able to perform, client references, data confidentiality, subcontractors, legal investigations, and conflict of interest.

The firm must provide physical library card samples to the library before printing the full order.

The deadline for questions is April 10, 2026, by 3 PM.

The services will begin 10 days after the award.

The vendor must manage warranties.

Contractors providing equal services shall provide descriptive literature describing equal characteristics and must be compatible with current system.

A site visit will be offered on January 30 at **** located at: Atlanta VA Medical Center Pete Wheeler Auditorium **** Clairmont Road Decatur, GA ****.

The delivery date for all items is 04/30/2026.
