Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking proposals for brand development services, including brand identity consolidation, logo standardization, and trademark support. The selected firm will be responsible for assessing current brand assets, developing a unified institutional brand identity with a primary logo, and assisting with trademark registration. Key tasks include brand asset inventory and audit, brand architecture assessment, unified institutional logo development, subbrand and unit identity framework, brand transition and implementation strategy, and trademark support. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications, methodology and approach, references, and pricing/delivery schedule. The deadline for proposal submission is April 23, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via email by April 16, 2026. TSU will not reimburse respondents for proposal preparation costs.
The deadline for submission of proposals is Wednesday, April 23, 2026, at 1:00 p. m. Central Standard Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted.
TSU shall award a contract to a respondent whose offer is considered to provide the best value to the state of Texas and Texas Southern University. The evaluation committee will determine best value by applying weighted criteria: Experience (25%), Qualifications (15%), Methodology/Approach (25%), References/Client Feedback (15%), and Pricing/Delivery (20%).
Respondents are expected to submit a proposal that is responsive to the terms and conditions, specifications, scope of services, and requirements. Key qualification criteria include the firm's experience, the qualifications of personnel, the proposed methodology and approach, client references, and pricing/delivery schedule.
There will not be a preproposal meeting.
