Invoices, including travel documentation, should be coordinated with the task order technical point of contact or contracting officers representative prior to submission. Invoices should be uploaded into the Wide Area Work Flow system, with two copies provided to the government (one to the COR and one to the TPOC).
Contractor personnel must be U. S. citizens and required to obtain and retain a security clearance (Unclassified, Confidential, or Secret). The contractor must have the infrastructure and resources to manage the entire contract, including all task orders.
Most support will be provided onsite at the Region Operation Center (ROC). The contractor will provide monthly reports and briefs to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) at the region.
