All wood chips and disturbed soil shall be leveled in place of the said stump, unless otherwise directed by the Roadside Environment District Administrator. The quantities and times of stump removal shall be determined and directed at the discretion of the Roadside Environment District Administrator. Bidder must submit bid for all line items for bid to be considered responsive.

Lot 10: Stump Grinding - ( stump diameter greater than 20 inches) Description: Vendor shall grind stump and all surrounding roots to a depth of twelve ( 12) inches below ground level. All wood chips and disturbed soil shall be leveled in place of the said stump, unless otherwise directed by the Roadside Environment District Administrator. The quantities and times of stump removal shall be determined and directed at the discretion of the Roadside Environment District Administrator. Bidder must submit bid for all line items for bid to be considered responsive.

Make cuts just outside the branch collar. Remove the limbs and all the debris from the site and dispose of the limbs and the debris off of KYTC rights- of- ways. Keep the premises free from the accumulation of waste material and debris at all times. At the completion of the work, remove all debris and waste material from the site and dispose of the debris and waste material off of the rights- of- ways.
