This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction and installation of a new LED video marquee system on the Lamar University campus. The successful respondents is required to make any information created or exchanged with the state pursuant to any agreement or contractual arrangement resulting from this solicitation, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the texas public information act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to the state. The university reserves the right to reject or accept any and all responses and/or temporarily or permanently abandon the project, make no award or waive minor process or submission irregularities.
