The Hawaii State Hospital is seeking quotes to supply and install one dental operatory unit. The scope includes delivery, installation, connection, testing, and disposal of the existing unit. The project must be completed within five months from the contract effective date. A site visit is mandatory. Bidders must be registered to do business in Hawaii and provide proof of compliance. Award will be based on the lowest and most responsible and responsive offer. The performance period is from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
Project timeline: Purchase, delivery, installation, and disposal activities shall be fully completed within five (5) months from the effective date of the contract. he contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to complete installation as soon as possible.
The contractor shall submit monthly invoices to Hawaii State Hospital for the goods and services provided. The contractor shall be compensated in accordance with the rate offered and submitted via HIEPRO by the contractor in responding to this RFQ.
Dental equipment warranty requirements are detailed in Exhibit A. Provide manufacturer authorized technicians if required for warranty compliance.
Selection and award shall be contingent on the lowest and most responsible and responsive offer. hsh reserves the right to cancel this procurement or award at any time and for convenience by providing eight 8 weeks prior written notice to the contractor.
