All OEM parts supplied shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty and/or a warranty for a period of one year. The county will implement both warranties for whichever warranty is greater. all original equipment manufacturer hereinafter referred to as o. e. m. parts supplied for this contract shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty andor a warranty for a period of one 1 year.

Respondents must be responsive and responsible in accordance with the specifications, the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, and all other applicable laws and regulations. Bidders must also submit a copy of an auto body repair license issued by the State of New Jersey, Motor Vehicle Commission. this solicitation shall result in multiple contract awards to those bidder( s) determined to be responsive and responsible in accordance with these specifications

The maintenance facility garage may be subject to inspection by a Mercer County representative. the garage area may be subject to inspection by mercer county representative.

Bids must be submitted electronically no later than July 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time.

The county's standard payment terms are net thirty (30) days. Prompt payment discounts may be offered.

The county requires a warranty period of ninety (90) calendar days for both parts and service from the county's acceptance.

Contracts will be awarded by line item to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid, determined by a point system applied to the percentage discount from the current price list and the labor rate per hour for repairs at the contractor's facility.

Bidders may be required to furnish satisfactory evidence that they are qualified dealers or manufacturers of the items listed, or are regularly engaged in performing the services on which they are submitting a bid.

Failure to submit mandatory bid submissions may be cause for the bid to be deemed nonresponsive. False or misleading information is a ground for the county to terminate the contract for cause.

Protests must be in writing and delivered to the director, office of procurement, within ten (10) calendar days after the director publicly posts the proposed contract award.
