The contractor must also provide a managed messaging queue client. The contractor must support IBM MQ series connections. The service availability of the contractor's infrastructure must meet a minimum of 99. 5% availability and reliability. The contractor must include message protection, retransmission of any request messages, as well as short-term storage of all airlines originated messages during a service interruption for a minimum of 7 days. All taxes, freight, and shipping are to be paid by the contractor. Weekly management reports are required. All software developed and/or purchased in support of this contract shall become the property of the government.
