The contract period for the base POP is from 07/10/2026 to 08/31/2026.

Payment will be made in arrears for all deliverables received and approved by the VA. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Tungsten.

A one-year warranty on all UPS units installed is required, including full replacement cost.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are technical, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance being equally important as price.

The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Offerors must be responsible and their offers must conform to the solicitation.

Failure to provide a complete quote as required by the solicitation may result in the quote being removed from further consideration for award. Noncompliance with RFQ requirements may raise serious questions regarding a quoters technical and/or cost performance and may be grounds to eliminate the quote from consideration.

The government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of the combined synopsis solicitation requirements and represents a technically acceptable, lowest total price quote.
