Proposals for band uniforms for South High School must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by July 9, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. A preproposal meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by June 15, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. The proposal must include a sample uniform, firm profile, proposed materials and services, references, cost projections, and a statement of understanding. The winning firm will be required to submit a pilot uniform for approval before production begins. Delivery of final uniforms is due by February 1, 2026. This is a five-year blanket purchase agreement for anatomic pathology services from a qualified reference laboratory. The ordering period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. Services will be provided at both the contractor's facility and on-site at the Grand Junction VA Medical Center.
