The contractor is responsible for ensuring all personnel performing work under this contract possess and maintain current certifications. The contractor must report all contractor manpower, including subcontractor manpower, to a secure army data collection site. The government has unlimited rights to use, duplicate, or disclose the contractor's operating logs and forms. The government will provide supplements or amendments to listed publications during the life of the contract.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Resolute Partners, LLC for guest WiFi bridge services at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines, IA. The period of performance is for 12 months. Responses are due by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time on September 5, 2025. The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is seeking qualified vendors to manage and operate food and beverage services at four state parks: Joe Wheeler, DeSoto, Lakepoint, and Oak Mountain.
