The contractor shall provide a portable restroom trailer and associated services to support personnel of the 46th Test Squadron during building renovation. Services include delivery, installation, weekly cleaning, restocking, pumpout, waste disposal, and removal. Waste disposal must comply with all federal, state, local, and installation environmental requirements. Removal will be coordinated at the end of the performance period, which runs from May 2026 to December 2026. The government will provide electrical power and potable water connections. The contractor shall comply with all installation access, security, and identification requirements in effect at Patrick Space Force Base. Contractor personnel, vehicles, and equipment shall obtain required passes and clearances prior to entering the installation. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all employees possess valid identification and meet base entry requirements.
Delays resulting from failure to comply with base access procedures shall be the contractor's responsibility and shall not result in additional cost to the government.
