Billing shall be done monthly based on the contracted rate bid by the vendor and submitted to the louisa county administration department. The county will remit payment within 30 days of receipt of a correct invoice.

The respondents will be evaluated on the following criteria: 25 points understanding of scope approach to cleaning, 20 points experience qualifications, 20 points staffing, supervision quality control, 20 points cost, price, 15 points references past performance.

The vendor certifies that it has the requisite experience, skills, capabilities, and manpower to perform the obligations in a good and workmanlike fashion, that it is a legal business entity chartered or authorized to do business in virginia having all necessary licenses required by law.

If a holiday or holidays occur during the month on a day scheduled for services, or if a cleaning date is missed and not made up, the vendor shall deduct a prorated amount from the monthly invoice based on the cost per month divided by the number of working days in that month for each day the service is not provided, if the services were not rescheduled and provided on a different date.

Failure to provide all information, inaccuracy or misstatement may be sufficient cause for rejection of the proposal or rescission of an award.

Prospective vendors are not required to attend all site visits.
