Rental equipment, if utilized, shall be coordinated through the facility engineering office for delivery and storage while waiting for the contractor to mobilize on the work site. Storage is not readily available on base ketchikan. If contractor is requesting storage space, they must coordinate the request for space through the contracting officer and facilities engineering department at base ketchikan. Request must include square footage of storage requested and duration of storage. Storage must not contain and hazardous materials or waste.
All products must be delivered no later than 30 business days after contract award. If long lead items are discovered, the contractor must inform the contracting officer immediately and provide updated delivery estimates in writing.
Contractors shall supply any and all warranty and manuals for the propane heating system, as well as a parts list for all components implemented in this project.
The award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.

A site visit is optional and will be available at **** on either 17 or 18 September 2025. Offerors interested in conducting a site visit must notify the contracting officer as soon as possible to ensure vetting for base access can be completed.
