One year from date of delivery, or 45 days after discovery of defect for non-complex supplies.

Offerors must be government approved sources of supply. Distributors must submit an authorized distributor letter.

Offers received from sources which are not government approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable, and therefore ineligible for award.

Technical orders and qualification requirements are not available.

Delivery is expected within 10 weeks from the date of award. Deliveries will not be accepted after 3:30 p. m. local time and not on government holidays.

Payment will be made by the designated payment office. Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the government. The warranty period is to be inserted by the offeror.

Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.

Offerors must be authorized resellers and provide documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) confirming this status. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

Quotations submitted without OEM authorization documentation may not be considered. Quotations that take exception to the terms and conditions may be rejected.

The contract will be for a delivery time of 3 months after receipt of order.

Firms must provide evidence demonstrating their ability to meet the stated requirement.

Responses are due by June 11, 2026, by 12:00 PM PDT.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

The 12 month base period is scheduled for August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.

There are no additional qualification requirements to be eligible for this award other than the ability to provide the proprietary agi software licenses detailed above.
