This is an amendment to a solicitation/contract. The amendment updates solicitation line items, deleting some and specifying fuel alternatives. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment and submit it in the DLA Energy PCS offer entry tool (OET). Additional attachments are included. The original solicitation (and previous amendments) terms and conditions remain in effect, except as modified in this amendment.

The US Coast Guard is seeking quotations for 15 hook components (part number ****) for use on MHGOT aircraft. The acquisition is sole source, as the components are specialized and only manufactured by Adams Rite Aerospace. The closing date for receipt of offers is June 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. The anticipated award date is June 24, 2025. The USCG may require up to 10 additional components within 365 days of the initial award date, at the same price and lead time. Offerors must provide traceability to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), a Certificate of Conformance (COC), and necessary certifications. No drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the agency. See attachments for terms and conditions, justification, and approval for other than full and open competition.

Amendment extends questions period until early afternoon on May 29, 2025, and the solicitation period until June 6, 2025. All amendments must be signed and submitted in proposal packages. Alarm monitoring security is required at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, per statement of work.

This is a market survey to determine contractor interest and capability for a potential project to repair/replace the beaver creek auto gate at Wind Cave National Park. All costs associated with responding to this survey are the responsibility of the firm. Interested firms must submit information including name, address, phone number, email address, UEI number, size status, and SBA certifications. Responses must be submitted via email by **** MDT, May 28, 2025, with the reference number **** in the subject line. The project is anticipated to begin in late July/August and will last 90 calendar days. The NAICS code is **** and the small business size standard is $45 million. Contractors must be registered as a small business in the SAM system under the listed socioeconomic categories. The anticipated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Specifications and drawings will be provided if/when the government proceeds with a formal solicitation.

Sealed proposals are sought from qualified contractors for the construction of a retaining wall and associated work on Williams Street in Brattleboro, Vermont. The project includes excavation, rock anchor installation, concrete wall construction, sewer reconstruction, stormwater management, guardrail installation, and paving. The contract must be substantially completed by December 1, 2025.
