The City intends to make an award using evaluation criteria to determine the best value, considering all factors and criteria in the proposals submitted. The order of ranking for evaluation is: Qualifications and Experience, Project Approach Methodology, Cost Proposal, Project Schedule, and Warranty.
Each offeror must complete Exhibit 1, the Solicitation Qualification Document, which includes information on licenses, years in business, firm history, staff qualifications, and similar projects.
The offeror is expected to examine the site of the proposed work before submitting a proposal. Offerors may conduct subsurface investigations at their expense prior to the public opening of proposals.
The successful offeror may be required to furnish samples of materials used in the construction of the work, which will be tested for conformance with contract requirements.
Failure to provide requested information, submitting a false or sham proposal, collusion, or violating the city's code of ethics may result in rejection of the offer.
