Labor is warranted for a minimum of 12 months from the repair completion date. Parts are warranted for the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty period. vendor shall warrant all repaired forklifts against failure andor malfunction due to errorsomissions for a minimum period of twelve 12 months from the date of completion of such repair.

The award will be based on adherence to specifications, price, and references, determined to be in the best interest of the district. he solicitation for bids will be evaluated utilizing the following criteria but not in any prescribed order: adherence to specificationspricereferences

In case of nonperformance, the district reserves the right to procure services elsewhere and bill back any additional costs incurred. in the event of nonperformance, school district no. 51 reserves the right to procure services elsewhere and bill back any additional cost incurred to meet scheduled requirements.
