The quote shall specify any exceptions, including MIL-STD packaging, MIL-STD labeling, inspection acceptance locations, packaging house, surplus materials, etc. Changes or requests for changes after award shall be subject to consideration with costs deducted from the unit price. The repair price must include all costs associated with receipt and complete repair of material that may be in unwholly condition, missing hardware, damaged, handling damage, missing parts, wear damage, and CAV reporting. The contractor must also provide the teardown evaluation rate, repair turnaround time (RTAT), throughput constraint, and induction expiration date. Price reductions will be implemented via a reduction modification at the end of the contract performance.
