Responses to this IFB must be received by July 11, 2025, 10:30 AM Central Time. Questions or clarifications must be submitted by June 25, 2025, 10:00 AM Central Time. Addendum posted June 26, 2025, 5:00 PM on the esbd. The anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2025. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The scope of work includes dental services, oral surgery, examinations, evaluations, consultations, and specific oral surgery procedures. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (eOVA HCS) requires a contractor to provide waste containers, security products, and custodial products for the new Tulsa VA Medical Center. Delivery must occur between July 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025. The contractor must meet specific equipment specifications and quality standards. The VA medical center in North Little Rock, AR is seeking sources for inspection and cleaning of an elevated water tank. The selected contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete the inspection and cleaning tasks. The contractor must have proven experience with elevated water storage tank maintenance and inspection, certification and training in confined space entry and tank disinfection per OSHA and AWWA guidelines, and adequate insurance coverage as required by local regulations. The service must be performed within 30 days of the award date, Monday through Friday excluding national holidays, between 7am and 4:00pm, at the specified warehouse location. A detailed inspection report with photographic evidence, a cleaning and disinfection certification report, and recommendations for future maintenance and repairs must be provided. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable standards and regulations (AWWA, EPA, OSHA, NFPA 22, and NFPA 25). A detailed work schedule must be provided before commencement of the work.
