The state will also consider the bidders project approach and methodology, qualifications and experience, and ability to provide services within the defined timeline.
The bid notice mentions that violation of security conditions is grounds for immediate termination of this contract. It also states that failure to submit subcontractor reporting in accordance with section 32 of the Vermont Recovery and Reinvestment Act of **** will constitute noncompliance and may result in cancellation of contract and/or restriction from bidding on future state contracts.
