The award will be made to the highest scoring proposer. Protests regarding the solicitation or award must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager within specific timeframes: pre-award protests must be at least three business days before the proposal opening date, and post-award protests must be within ten business days after the intent to award is published. The City of Westminster is exempt from city, state, and federal sales and excise taxes.
The proposal due date is June 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM MST. Work shall not commence until a contract has been fully executed and the contractor has received a City Purchase Order (PO).
