Work includes labor, supervision, traffic control, related materials, mobilization/demobilization, tools/equipment, testing, insurance, and workers' compensation. Also includes removal, lowering, adjustment, and installation of six new screwtype water valve cans with new concrete collars, and removal, lowering, adjustment, and reinstallation of three existing manholes with new concrete collars. Work involves removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement, saw cutting, grading, base material preparation and compaction, and placement of a single 3- inch compacted lift of asphalt pavement at specified locations.
