The total aggregate bid, together with the evaluation criteria in section i, will be the defining pricing factor in the award.

Bidders must provide a list of not fewer than five references for pavement preservation contracts of similar scope completed within the past three years.

The bidder must have personally examined each work location and satisfied itself as to the conditions affecting the work.

Failure to submit any required item may render the bid nonresponsive.
