The services described in the scope of work must be completed within one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed, or as otherwise determined by the Tribe.

The respondents with the best overall score will be the apparent awardees, pending final review and satisfaction of all requirements regarding the qualifications and documentation. The evaluation criteria include cost (70 points), qualification (10 points), experience (10 points), and project references (10 points).

Proposals shall be considered only from respondents normally engaged in performing the type of work specified in this solicitation. Respondent must have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel to ensure prompt and efficient service to the Tribe. At a minimum, qualifying proposals shall demonstrate that respondent possesses the qualifications necessary to provide high-quality services. Contractor and subcontractors shall provide a copy of a current certified license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation DBPR or applicable local authority as a certified electrical contractor or certified general contractor. Contractor and subcontractors shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing similar services.

A pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for prospective respondents. Attendance is mandatory to be eligible for award. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, located at **** N State Road 7, Hollywood, Florida, ****.

The deadline for questions is June 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.

Any individual, corporation, or other entity that attempts to fulfill the requirements of this solicitation through fraud, misrepresentation, or material misstatement may be deemed nonresponsible and such individual, corporation, or other entity's qualification may be null and void. Failure to disclose subcontractors may result in rejection of the subcontractor and the resulting agreement. Respondents who arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for the pre-proposal conference shall be disqualified.

The deadline for submissions is June 16th, 2026, at 2:30 PM EDT.

Bidders must meet the information security handbook requirements to receive bid documents containing protected information.

If the AOB is not submitted, the three lowest bidders will be asked to submit their AOB after bid opening.
