Additional interior finishes include carpet tile; LVT flooring; painting of walls, and replacement of ceilings The work also includes renovation/replacement of select portions of existing plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems including complete lighting replacement. Three existing packaged rooftop units are to be replaced along with one existing split system with duct furnace. Areas of existing ductwork are to largely remain with some units receiving all new sheet metal ductwork.
