Bypass pumping from backup LS 1B to the LS 1 wet well to facilitate installation of the line stop, new 30inch valve, and associated appurtenances. 4. Installing a line stop fitting, including pouring and curing a concrete block under the existing pipe to support the line stopping equipment, to execute a line stop and removing the line stop equipment and sealing the line stop fitting when the valve installation is complete. 5.
