The contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties for all repair products, coatings, and safety systems.

Contractors must be properly licensed in the state of Tennessee, have documented experience with structural concrete remediation projects, experience working in occupied public facilities, documented confined space work experience, and experience installing fall protection anchorage systems. In case of contractor default or failure to provide material or service according to the solicitation, the City may cancel the contract and acquire from another source and may recover any excess cost. All costs associated with default will be borne by the contractor.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 5th from 1 PM to 4 PM. The contractor's name must be on the attendee list to be eligible to bid.
