The contract period includes a base year from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four option years extending through August 31, 2031.

Payments will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears via electronic submission to the Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center (VAFSC) through Tungsten Network eInvoicing. The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Failure to comply with facility requirements shall be considered a material breach of this contract and may be a violation of federal law resulting in charges answerable in the United States district court.

It is strongly suggested and expected that the offeror inspect the campus to be serviced. Site visit is scheduled for July 21, 2026 at 9:00 am local time. All interested parties are to meet Cor Keith Schmidt **** at Hines Campus, Building 2, Main Entry.
